Question One

I don’t see my office’s listings on www.massachusettsrealestate.com, how do I get my listings shown on this website?

Using the H3MLS System, you are able to send the text data of all your listings directly to MassachusettsRealEstate.com for marketing exposure on our website. Only the Broker
of an office has the ability to select a 3rd party in the H3MLS System for the transfer of office listings. Please use the following steps to transfer your listings to the massachusettsrealestate.com website:

• Log onto the H3MLS System
• Select the “Tools” icon
• Select “ 3rd Party Data Transfers”
• Click on MassachusettsRealEstate.com website listing
• Read the key information with regard to the website
• Check the box at the bottom to automatically start the transfer of your listings
  
  To reverse your selection and stop the transfer, simply remove the check from the box.
  
  Question Two

Right now I only have the text data of my office listings shown on www.massachusettsrealestate.com.  What are the upgrades that are available to me if I were to sign up for the Broker Office Package?

The upgrades that are included in the Broker Office Package are:

• Multiple color property photos for each listing
• Inclusion in our specialty property search for your antique properties, waterfront, equestrian, farm and golf course listings
• All of your open houses automatically updated on our online open house directory which will be searchable by town, dates and times of your scheduled open house
• A direct link to your office website and  direct client contact through our integrated EMAIL notification system
• Marketing support of our mascot, Selly, and his custom Scion driving real estate traffic to your listings and open houses
• Free agent packages for your team members

Sounds great. How much does the Broker Office Package cost?

$.10 per day, per listing. To provide you with a budget control feature, we instituted a monthly price cap of $39.95 so that your office will never pay more than $39.95 in any month.

How do I sign up?

Simply log on to www.massachusettsrealestate.com and on the HOME page, at the bottom, you will see “Package Sign Up”. Click on “Package Sign Up” to obtain the online sign up form. Once there select Broker Office Package and complete the application as instructed!

Yes, when your Broker signed up for the Broker Office Package, you became eligible to take advantage a free Agent Package. All of these identity branding features are included in the Agent Package:

• Your agent photo attached to all of your listings
• Your biography and professional accomplishments plus all of your listings showcased with a single click
• Expandable property remarks for all of your listings; especially useful for those times when you have more to say about a property you have listed
• A direct link to your website from your listings
•

Your agent package is free when your office signs up for a Broker Office Package.
